Introduction

In today s fast-paced world, businesses must embrace digital transformation to stay competitive. This transformation involves integrating digital technologies into every aspect of the business, fundamentally altering operations and value delivery. But here s the exciting part: it s not just about acquiring new tools. Join us as we delve into the key factors influencing stakeholders management and how they drive employee adoption of digital initiatives.

Objective

This post tries to connect the dots, by identifying key factors that influence effective stakeholders maangements through employee adoption of digital transofrmation initiatives

Methology

For this research, a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) was conducted. By reviewing existing research materials and case studies, a structured methodological approach was used to identify relevant research materials. A thematic analysis was then employed to extract factors that influenced the success or failure of the case studies and research materials examined in this study.

Results

After analyzing the 4 case studies, where we sought to identify the crucial factors that affects stakeholders adoption of digital transformation initiatives. Inclusion Vision and Communication, Stakeholders Engagement, Adaptability and Talent Management & Skills Development were common/Recurring themes that set to influence employee adoption of DT initiatives

Analysis

A total of 4 research materials was used in this study from 4 heterogenous fields that documented the digital transformation journey as it affects employee adoption. from these studies, a total of 9 thematic codes were identified as factors that impacted the success or failure of delivering digital transformation initiatives.

A further deepdives clearly showed in the research that 4 out of 9 thematic codes appeared accross the 4 research materials which then serves as input into the research.

Conclusion

While clear vision and strong leadership are essential throughout a DT process, the specific enablers needed for success can vary depending on the stage of the journey. Upskilling the workforce is critical for employee adoption of new technologies, and a user-centric approach is vital for
