Guided by the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), key variables like Perceived Usefulness, Ease of Use, and Engagement were examined. Advanced statistical methods, including regression analysis, revealed clear correlations, such as the strong positive influence of perceived usefulness on customer satisfaction.
